Aldridge Eye in Burnsville

Wonderful experience, everyone was welcoming and nice. Quick and easy appointment to get my son glasses, in and out within an hour. Dr was very nice and went over everything in detail. The staff went above and beyond . Highly recommended.

I always feel like I get the BEST care at Aldridge Eye Institute! Dr. Moore and her assistants are always so thorough and professional and I appreciate the time they take to give a good eye exam. I'm impressed with the high technology and equipment used. I feel like I could get no better anywhere else!

I liked the staff there. The set up of this space is great. I love that they explained my eye issues and how they can either be remedied or how to deal with them. Dr Smith was very informative and very thorough. I will be using them again.

Our appointment was for my nine year old. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly and really made her feel at ease. Going to the eye doctor was a first for both of us, and they made us both feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything well and I feel that my daughter received great care.

Always have a great experience with Aldridge Eye past couple years and always will keep going there! You will be pleased after you leave there! I do highly recommend them if you have any concerns with your eyes!

They were amazing they were super friendly they were amazingly helpful and I just cannot stress enough how supportive they were and how much they listened to me especially considering I'm on Medicaid and a lot of places don't prioritize us you know they treat us with basic qualities and this place doesn't they treat you like you're a regular paying full paying customer and like you matter and that's so important to me because just because I can't regular health insurance or to pay out of pocket doesn't mean I'm not a human being but they treated me like I was just important as those paying with cash I highly recommend this place

Everyone at Aldridge Eye Associates is incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a tremendous pleasure to meet and receive comprehensive services from today during my visit. Laura was very thorough and patient while doing my various screenings and tests, prior to my exam with Dr. Moore, she explained everything and answered all my questions really well. Then, Dr Moore was extremely knowledgeable, about not only what she was seeing in my exam and pre-exam screenings/tests, but also, in her breadth and depth of experience, education, compassion and understanding of the intricate tie-Ins by and between other underlying factors in my somewhat complex “medical makeup”. I truly felt like my whole person medical history was for the first time truly understood, heard, and factored into my vision care. With my updated prescription in hand, I visited with the ladies in the glasses area, Cindy and Tammy. These two ladies are like a breath of sunshine even on a cold winter day here in the mountains! So alive, happy and uplifting. Their spirits glow so bright! Tammy helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that I absolutely LOVE and my Randy loves them on me too, which is the most important thing😉 So, in a very short visit, we left with an extremely satisfied feeling! Dr. Smith worked my aunt into her busy schedule on Monday after I called and left a message on Sunday afternoon that she had ingrown eyelashes. She and her assistant were great.

The absolute best optometrist for kids, especially the unruly ones like mine, asheville eye was not able to even get my son to cooperate after four visits. But Aldridge had his full cooperation on the first visit, he didn't fight the nurses or scream at all and it takes an impossibly, indispensable and truly talented baby whisperer to get any amount of cooperation out of my boys in any doctors office, but most especially when it comes to messing with that kids eyes. Dr. Moore was one of the best eye doctor that visited in many years. She explained everything nicely and understandably. Staff were gracious and courteous. They took care of my severe problem quickly as I feel lot better now. Many thanks to all of you. David Hodge
